Fredagen den 19 februari kl 11.30 talar Mona Sahlin om tillväxtstrategier vid Progressive Governance konferens i London. Bland talarna märks Gordon Brown, Jens Stoltenberg, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, George Papandreou, Peter Mandelson, Pascal Lamy (WTO), Karen Kornbluh (USA ambassadör OECD), Sigmar Gabriel (SPDs ordförande) och David Miliband.

Vid besöket i London möter Sahlin utrikesminister David Miliband enskilt. Hon kommer även att tillsammans med premiärminister Gordon Brown delta på en gemensam lunch med de deltagande regeringscheferna på Downing Street 10.

Jobs, industry and opportunity: growth strategies after the crisis Progressive Governance Conference, London, 19 February, 08.30 - 16.30

The financial crisis has urged us to rethink our approach to economic policy. Having averted a 1930s style depression, the focus of progressive politicians around the world is now shifting towards delivering a new politics of sustainable economic growth and job creation, one that is forward thinking and transformative and acknowledges the role of strategic public investment in our shared prosperity.
